Clay Chicken!

Our first cooking & sculpting class will be held in the café.
Wed January 24th, 3-6pm, $65
A whole chicken, seasoned, wrapped, covered in clay. Sculpted, decorated and baked. Each student will prepare their own whole chicken to take home for an evening meal using an age-old technique of “cooking with clay”. Chef Chris will teach students how to prepare a whole bird and guide them through the process of covering the bird with wet clay. Students will decorate their bird by sculpting and painting with food safe colorants. You will be taught how to open the clay shell and students will taste an earlier prepared version of the dish. We will also be preparing a side dish of potato. Exciting, fun and delicious.
