Hand Made Pasta – Ravioli Class with Chef Brian Grossman

Come join us in the café for a fun and inspiring evening and make something really delicious. Handmade pasta is one of Brian’s specialties and passions. During this class, students will learn how to prepare pasta dough, 3 filling options for ravioli and different techniques to shape and fill these traditional Italian favorites. Finishing sauces will also be discussed. Students will have a chance to sample the different raviolis and will leave with a dozen to prepare at home.
