Date Night: Throwin’ Mugs

Wednesday April 25th • 6:00pm-9:00pm
Reservations Required
Couples will throw cups on the wheel and learn to attach handles to make their own unique mugs. Participants will choose colors for their pots to be glazed. The workshop will be followed by a candle lit dinner prepared by our in-house Chef. Mugs will be available for pick up in two weeks. Singles Welcome!

To Start:
Baby Green & Berry Salad
crumbled goat cheese, toasted almonds, and apricots
with chocolate balsamic vinegar

Choice of Entree:
Parmesan Crusted Halibut
over asparagus with lemon pepper risotto

Marinated Chimichurri Flank Steak
with cilantro, parsley, oils served with a side of pesto pistachio pasta and seared tomatoes

Salted Carmel Chocolate Tart
with coffee gelato
with Claret sauce & pistachio short bread
